CHILI Fundraiser

Troop 350’sChiliSupper Fundraiser is only a few weeks away, and we need your help to make it a success! This is the only fundraiser we hold each year. The funds raised help meet troop needs such as camping equipment, meeting supplies, special events, and more.

Date:Saturday, February 7th


Time:4-7 PM


Location:Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, Parish Hall


Address:1055 Hughes Road, Madison, AL 35758



Tickets will be sold at the door on the day of the event.



Tickets are $5/person with a maximum price of $20 per family. If you have a family of 3, the price is $15. A family of 4 would be $20. A family of 6 would also be $20.



New this year: Families who bringchiliwill receive $10 off.



Scouts


Scouts, our SPL, Daniel Yobs, will send out a separate email for scout duty assignments. Please promote this event to your friends and family. You could bring a friend or three!



Adults


Parents and adult leaders, please RSVP and sign up to help at the event or contributechilior other items. In addition to food, we need extension cords and surge protectors to power the crockpots.

On the day of the event, we will begin setting up at 2:30 PM.



If you sign up to bringchili, please deliver it between 3-3:45 PM. Please label your crockpot base and lid with your scout’s name and the type ofchili/stew/soup. Please make sure your food is hot and ready to serve when it arrives, and don’t forget to bring a serving spoon/ladle!



If you sign up to bring non-refrigerated food or other items (crackers, tortilla chips, extension cords, etc.), you may start delivering those to weekly meetings at any time. Make sure all items are at the cafeteria on the day of the event by 3:45 PM.
